Compact Tunable External Cavity Lasers in Step Mode

The tunable external cavity laser modules are high-performance lasers based on TUNICS technology that operate in step mode. They feature a narrow linewidth and a tuning range of typically 100 nm. A large choice of modules is available in the 1260 to 1680 nm range.

The ECL 1560 covers the C&L bands and the T100 modules cover the other ranges.

The 1560/P6 module is a high-performance External Cavity Laser using TUNICS technology which leads to a high output power over the whole tuning range.

T100: Ultra-Low SSE Tunable External Cavity Lasers

T100 modules are high-performance External Cavity Lasers using TUNICS technology which leads to a high output power over the whole tuning range. Six T100 modules are available: 1310, 1415, 1520, 1550, 1575 and 1620.
