SLD: Superluminescent Light Emitting Diodes
The OSICS SLD modules are broadband light sources based on superluminescent light emitting (SLED) diodes. They offer large spectral range and +10 mW output power. A photodiode is integrated inside the module for high power stability over time, which relaxes the need to often make power reference during component testing.
